Outlet Community Church is actively involved in evangelism that results in new churches. We call this ministry Focus 12. Focus 12 is our disciple-making ministry, which strategizes and implements initiatives to make more disciples and to plant disciple-making, reproducing churches throughout Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
