Outlet Community Church is actively engaged in evangelism that leads to the making of disciples and the planting of new churches. We call this ministry Focus 12.

Focus 12 is our disciple‑making initiative that prayerfully develops and carries out strategies to multiply followers of Jesus and plant disciple‑making, reproducing churches throughout Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
